The four stages of our interior design service
First we listen. We get to know you, your personal style, your property and your expectations – form as well as function.
Next we’ll meet you on site to discuss design and structural requirements, decor, floor plans, furniture and budget. We’ll then send you an outline proposal, which will also include a time plan and a cost estimate.
Once you’re happy to go to the next stage, we’ll invite you to our showroom for an informal presentation of the interior design concepts we’ve created especially for you. We’ll talk you through the floor plans and the proposed furniture layouts and show you mood boards featuring samples of the finishes we recommend. We’ll also go through some suggested furniture and joinery options. This is your opportunity to tell us what you like or maybe don’t like. We’ll always listen and learn, so together we can make sure everything is spot-on.
As soon as you agree the initial concept, we’ll prepare and submit our design recommendations in detail. These will include our final proposals for colour schemes, furniture, joinery, final finishes, artwork and accessories. We’ll also submit a fully itemised breakdown of costs.
On approval of the detailed design and costs, we’ll issue a Schedule of Works and, once that’s agreed, the transformation of your space can begin. And to make sure everything goes according to plan – literally – our project designers will meet regularly on-site to ensure our designs, not to mention your wishes, are carried out to the letter.
